Five production platforms, built from zero.
My team and I built a CRM with automated underwriting and risk, Tracker/ERP, Listing and landing generator, partner portal, and client portal over 4 years.
A small team can own the whole platform.
The team was 4 people, later 2. The work covered budget, stack, hiring, roadmap, investors, and IFC as well as architecture and code.
Which opened the next problem
Four people shipping five platforms raises the question of what happens at larger organizational scale.
