Six operating systems carried six versions of the truth.
Listing and search, property intake, appointments, CMS, CRM, and ERP were not synchronized.
NetSuite became the single source of truth.
My team and I built the synchronization core. The role grew to Principal Engineer, leading a 40 in-house and 20 contractor organization through tech leads, with PRD and TRD added because SCRUM alone was not enough.
Which opened the next problem
One source of truth made the running cost visible. The running cost was too high.
